ARXivar is a complete and scalable platform for Document & Process Management, through which you can store documents in a central data warehouse, from various information systems (ERP / Management, email, fax, office, CRM, CAD systems, quality, attendance, etc. ..). Through a highly intuitive interface that satisfies the standards of Microsoft ergonomics, it provides management tools to share, move and handle electronic documents, manage several versions, attach notes and attachments. All transactions are recorded in a special log, which is available to system administrators.

Documents can be organized in  Electronic files, Folders (procurement, construction, personal ...) and connected  through links and connections (Invoice> DDT> Orders> Special) in order to enable quick browsing.

ARXivar provides utility functions such as definition of the recipient’s sending requirements (fax/mail), creation of searcheable CDs, management of business forms (letterhead, purchase order..), PDF creation, management of authorization rights, most common formats previews, distribution lists, FULL-TEXT contextual researches, digital signature and many others. ARXivar has several different types of research criteria, depending on the type of use and operator, to guarantee documents accessibility and privacy, on the basis of 6 interrelated levels of confidentiality.
