CONNECTIONS MANAGEMENT

You can define logical connections between documents, assigning them a reference name. Thus, you can achieve integrated navigation between related documents (bills, order confirmations, offers and other communications related to the same client contract). By selecting any document from the group, you can switch to other documents with a simple click.

Connect documents logically

You can define logical connections between documents, giving them a reference name. Through connections, ARXivar is able to tie together various documents, view them and then have a quick find.

View all connected documents

The connections allow, from a given document, to view connected or associated documents, in a simple but particularly immediate way. You can then connect all documents belonging to the same binder, or to a particular provision or topic.

The Connection Service can relate connected documents fully automatically, in real time by querying the ERP and then by obtaining the sequence of connected documents.
