DIGITAL SIGNATURE
The digital signature is the enabling technology for the legal validity of electronic documents. The module provides all the operations of signature verification and encryption requested by the system. It also provides the "time stamp" and signature verification.
The digital signature is in effect equivalent to the traditional handwritten signatures.
For each document filed in ARXivar you will be able to:
- digitally sign a filed document
- archive and view "signed" documents
- add new signatures to an already signed document
- verify signatures
- affix time stamps
Time stamp: it is a special type of feature that certifies the date and time of the signature
Procedure for verification of signatures: it allows you to certify the identity of correspondents, attach multiple signatures on the same document and control the procedure status.
