FOLDERS
ARXivar folders are a useful tool to organize and group documents which are logically connected to each other (such as documents belonging to the same customer order), thus reinventing the classic use of paper folders.
Organize documents logically connected to each other
For any folder you can specify a description, a numbering (manual or automatic) a status (with opening and closing time) and an endless number of additional fields that become automatically search keywords. In each folder you can insert an infinite number of documents, the insertion of document can be manually or automatic.
Find documents
By using folders you will, with a simple click, find documents belonging to an order, search for binders with a customized form and automatically fill in a file the documents of a binder. Each folder is subject to privacy policies by user or group.
