HIGH LEVEL FORM RECOGNITION allows the management of "Incoming Document” through national and international OEM recognition engines, integrated with ARXivar.
“Document Management” processes can be seen as a chain of computer events.
The first step is the management of Incoming Documents, that is acquisition of paper images through scanner and their indexing with professional systems of data capture.
This phase is very important: try to imagine an ispector of the Revenue Agency who, during a check, cannot find an invoice because there is no more the paper document and the reading system ignored a Barcode.

- automatically identify and read index Barcodes on the many document types
- Capture pre-set codes on bills and invoices with particular OCR and ICR techniques
