Management of document distribution
ARXivar system manages the document distribution, by determining, at the time of their reception, the document type and channelling it to the relevant departments. ARXivar enables exchange of documents between users. The inbox is the central point of the movement through which you receive and send messages with attached documents.You can also check at any time the movement of a document, to see which users have read it. The function of the mailbox is the management of document circulation in the company structure.
ARXivar mail client, unlike any other mail client, ensures the uniqueness of the documents. A document attached to a message is therefore not a copy (as is the case in Outlook), but a logical link to the document archived in ARXivar.
Result: I can send a document to many colleagues but never duplicate it. All users can then work on the same version.
